Stroller Barre® is a 60 minute cardio and strength interval class that brings together moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga. Stroller Barre® helps regain posture and alignment, increase flexibility and develop long, strong muscles.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back virtual videos and Food Journals.

Come and try a class before you start your Transformation Session. We offer preview classes between sessions to allow you to know what the class is like and so you can ask all your questions before embarking on the journey to a healthier you. Please bring with you water and a yoga mat all other equipment will be provided.

Strides 360™ is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360™ is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!

This is a drop-in class that is available to moms who have completed the Body Back Transformation and want to continue to meet their fitness goals. This class is also open to all class pass holders. This is a great way to get a mom only workout in once a week while the kiddos stay at home or play at the park with another adult. Please bring with you a yoga mat and water. You are welcome to bring hand weights if you prefer them to bands for strength training.

Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

A boost membership allows you to attend any Body Back class after completing 2 Body Back transformation sessions. This is a membership designed to help moms keep up their fitness routines once they have reached their health goals.
